The Research Of Communist Youth League Organization Participate The Social Governance In The Backgroud Of The "Internet Plus" Era

In modern society,new forms of social governance have become the focus of public attention since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC held in Beijing.And the network governance is the fundamental symbol in modern times.In the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out "Internet plus" program which means the coming of "Internet plus" era.As the force and commando of the party,the Communist Youth League,which is organized to take part in the social governance in "Internet plus" era,plays an irreplaceable role in the development of social economy.With the development of networking society,the young have changed a lot in ideology,stlye of life,behavior,forms of communication and demands.It is worthy of study and discussion how the Communist Youth League meets the needs of young people and gathers them to take part in social governance and national construction with their wisdom and strength.In this paper,the author used literature research method,deep observation method and case analysis method and started with the theories of governance and participation,combining the function of the Communist Youth League,to state the changes of social governance participation and achievements.Combining the author's work experience in the city of Yulin Communist Youth League,the study stated the main ways that the city of Yulin Communist Youth League participates in social governance in the background of "Internet plus" era;and the study also analyzed the main problems and causes,aiming to put forward some strategies which Communist Youth League Organization will use to participate the social governance in the background of the "Internet plus" era.
