In As an important social region,the rural area plays an important role in the stability of society as a whole and the building of a harmonious socialist society.The rural areas are rich in natural resources and diverse ecosystems,and have been the ideal place of residence since ancient times.With the improvement of rural economic level,the problem of rural environmental pollution and ecological destruction has become an important factor restricting rural sustainable development.As a complete and independent system,the rural community is also facing the movement change and development.Whether it is the evolution of the internal balance system or the construction of the governance ability,the rural community is regarded as a system,the community The internal changes and problems and contradictions arise from the self-organization of the system and the evolution of the order parameters.I think self-organization theory can be applied to the analysis of environmental problems in rural communities,the different actors within the self-organization system and the various conditions,motivations and evolutionary mechanisms,and how they work together to promote the whole rural community Environmental problems,and at the same time help to promote the evolution of rural community system "disorder" to "orderly" evolution.In this paper,G Village,Jiangsu Province,environmental protection projects as an example,through field research and interviews to obtain data,social work intervention,and the introduction of self-organization theory,from the village level and farmers to explore the way of life and production behavior on the community environment,Summarizes and summarizes the self-organization characteristics and the formation mechanism of the community organizations in the environmental problems in rural development,and puts forward the measures to control the rural environmental problems and explores their innovative path.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts,the first part introduces the background and significance of the study of domestic and foreign rural comunity environmental governance theory and practice were reviewed,elaborated on the basic ideas and methods,the second part is to define the concept and The third part takes G village as an example to analyze the existing environmental problems of the community and their harm,and from the self-organization theory,as the theoretical basis of the full text analysis of G community environmental problem governance process The paper analyzes the self-organization characteristic,dyynamic system and equilibrium state of G community through self-organization theory,and tries to find the order parameter.The fourth part is the process and effect evaluation of social work involved in G community environmental governance.The last part is the analysis and innovation of the governance measures of G community environmental problem.
