Analysis Of The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Team Construction Of The Young Pioneers In The Field Of Specialization

China Young Pioneers(hereinafter“Young Pioneers”)is a children mass organization,which is organized and led by the Communist Party of China.It plays an important role in the education of socialist core values in school.What's more,it is also an important carrier to promote the healthy growth of children.Our country is putting more emphasis on this task.Young pioneers counselors act as an indispensable part of the young pioneers organization.The Young Pioneers work is greatly influenced by their professional level.The construction of a high-quality,well-versed professional young pioneers counselor's team is the inherent requirement to enhance the effectiveness of the Young Pioneers.The current Young Pioneers work is facing an important issue that how to promote the specialized construction of the young pioneers counselor's team.Based on the theory of teacher professionalization,teachers' professional development and humanism,this paper constructs the contents of the specialization of the young pioneers counselor's team.By conducting a survey on the present situation of the professionalization of the young pioneers counselor's team from the representative primary schools in Q city of Shandong province,we summarized the problems of the specialization process of the young pioneers counselor and analyzed the causes leading to these problems and put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly illustrates reasons and significance of the research,literature review,related concepts,ideas and methods of paper research;the second part,according to the needs of this study,teacher professionalization,teachers' professional development and humanism are chosen as the theoretical basis for this study to provide support for the following research;the third part,according to the theoretical basis on the above,the contents of the specialization construction of the young pioneers counselor's team should include the specialization of the professional quality and the specialization of the team management system;the fourth part questionnaires and surveys the present situation of the specialization of the young pioneers counselor's team in Q city of Shandong province,and analyzes the results of survey and interview;the fifth part summarizes problems of the specialized construction of the young pioneers counselor's team mainly consist of the unscientific selection system,the imperfect training system,theunreasonable evaluation systemand,the imperfect incentive mechanism and the low level of counselor's self-professional development by investigating the literature,and analyzes the cause of the problems;the sixth part mainly puts forward the strategies to strengthen the specialized construction of young pioneers counselor's team.
