Rawls’s theory of distributive justice presents justice is the first view of the value of social system, think that the realization of distributive justice must adhere to equality freedom principle and difference principle. We can say that without these two principles, there is no justice theory. Two principles of Rawls hopes that by set, not only provides guarantee for citizens, at the same time hope that in the political, economic and social status, make between people has more equal relationship. Although he distributive justice concept has breakthrough significance in the history of theory of distributive justice, in contemporary society has the very strong practical significance.From the standpoint of historical materialism, but still exist some limitations. Rawls’s justice theory is separated from social production to abstract talk of distributive justice; Is despised class analysis based on moral judgment to distributive justice; Utopia is based on human nature.This paper mainly has four parts:The first part, Rawls theory of distributive justice thought origin and realistic background.The second part, the first principle of justice, equality and freedom.The third part, the second principle of justice-the difference principle. The fourth part, two principles of Rawls theory of distributive justice.
