| In recent years,with the rapid growth of the number of special equipment and non-standard using in the process of management,bringing more and more problems,which makes safety supervision departments a lot of pressure,the security problems of using special equipments is increasingly prominent and important.In the event of accident,may leading to severe personal casualty and major property damage.The safety regulation of special equipment is directly related to its using safety,it is also involved in every aspect of national economy,people's lives,and the stable and sustainable development of social economy.In this paper,the author mainly studies the safety supervision problem of using special equipments in Zhenxing Area,Dandong,Liaoning Province.In the premise of research background and significance of the special equipments' safety supervision,literature review method was used to collect a large number of domestic and foreign academic research achievements for the special equipments' safety supervision and upgrading to form a theoretical construction of the related issues.Through practical work experience and data collection,combined with the relative theory,analyzing the present situation,existing problems and reasons of special equipments' safety supervision in Zhenxing Area.Considering the imperfection of laws,lack of personnel,imperfect supervision mode,and weak of safety consciousness,Considering those problems and the factors,the author put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the effectiveness of safety supervision: First,improve the relevant laws and regulations;second,strengthen the team of special equipment's' safety supervision;third,perfect special equipment safety supervision mode;fourth,implement safety responsibility of enterprises.Last,the author hope to provide some reference to upgrade the special equipments' safety supervision in the Zhenxing area by this thesis. |
