Research On Construction About The Credit System Of Railway Passenger

Due to the low level of credit awareness and social integrity of our country in recent years,the social atmosphere of abiding the law and integrity and fulfilling commitments has not yet formed,especially need to strengthen the construction of credit system,to enhance social credibility,promote social trust and reduce social conflicts.In view of the current traffic in the field of credit loss of serious year by year,the number of fare evasion,disrupting the railway transportation safety order behavior has increased constantly.In order to not only curb the behavior of the scalping and disrupt the normal fare evasion,but also curb the acts of violating the property rights of the railway transport enterprise or other passengers,and disturbing the public order continually occurred,it is necessary for us to establish the passenger credit system in the field of railway transportation,which has achieved the purpose of regulating the behavior of the passengers,maintaining the order of the railway market and the safety of transportation.The construction of railway passenger credit system means that according to the connotation of credit,we try to establishment a system framework that can be applied to the railway passenger's credit collection,use and regulation of dishonest behavior,which can promote the construction of social credit system.This paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the current situation of the development of social credit in our country and the necessity and purpose of Establishing Railway Passenger credit system.The second part is the foundation of railway passenger credit system,which mainly deals with the definition of credit,the concept of credit in the field of law and the legal basis of the construction of the system.The third part is the necessity and feasibility of constructing railway passenger credit system in China.The fourth part is the specific content of railway passenger credit system,which part mainly expounds the three aspects.First of all,this paper discusses the main body of the record,the content of the record and the requirements of the final generation of the passenger credit record.Secondly,on the use of credit records,this paper puts forward the indirect use of social credit institutions for credit information,as well as the use of internal and external modes of railway transportation.Finally,the paper discusses the protection of passenger credit information.The fifth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the significance of the construction of the railway passenger credit system,and summarizes the main body and content of the system.
