Research On Government's Purchase Of Auxiliary Police Service

In order to protect the people and the economic and social public security,the urgent need to promote the national governance system and governance capacity building.To achieve the people's live and work,the country's long-term stability of the urgent requirements.With the deepening of China's reform and the rapid development of economy and society,the social security situation is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,the rapid economic development,the rapid progress of social civilization has brought the people to the public security needs which the level and requirements are also rising,public security supply areas continue to expand.As a major department to provide public safety services,the public security organs have long faced the contradiction between the severe shortage of police force and the expanding demand and supply of public security.How to solve this contradiction and realize the effective supply of public safety is an important subject in public administration.In this paper,the gap between police supply and public security needs is taken as the object of study.By combing the type and size of public safety,this paper describes the supply of public security police and its shortcomings and analyzes its causes,and draws lessons from foreign advanced experience and practice.It is expected to further expand the research perspective of public management and public safety governance through the government to purchase the auxiliary police service to make up for the above-mentioned gap,and contribute to the study of theoretical methods to solve the problem-solving in the field of law enforcement and public safety.
