A Study On The Government's Purchase Behavior In The Construction Of Affordable Housing In Hohhot City

The development of affordable housing construction in Hohhot has experienced the era of affordable housing and renting.At present,the government has been actively expanding the supply channels and scope.Under the initiative of the People's Government of the autonomous region,the government has implemented the project of purchasing shantytown services.Housing construction has opened a new chapter.The rise of government procurement of public services is the need to change the functions of the government and innovate the social management system.With the high prices of rampant,Hohhot government has introduced a series of policy measures,so that urban low-income people "live there",housing projects embodied in the government behavior is the performance of government functions,the specific embodiment of social governance.In view of these influencing factors,based on the management experience of Xiangtan City and Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Hohhot government in purchasing public service.
