Research On Allocation Of Public Service Facilities In Affordable Housing Settlements In Shijiazhuang

With the acceleration of the new urbanization process,the contradiction between the growing public service demand of residents and the serious shortage of public service supply has become increasingly prominent.The policy of equalization of public services urgently requires the government to take measures to meet the basic needs of most residents in the fields of medical and health care,compulsory education,culture and entertainment,social security,etc.,to promote social fairness and justice,and to maintain social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the configuration of the public service facilities of the affordable housing,realize the original intention of the affordable housing,and meet the basic needs of the residents of the affordable housing.By studying a large number of references,on the basis of many scholars' research,starting from the special group of residents in housing and housing areas,we first analyze the basic characteristics of residents in housing areas and understand the status quo of public service allocation.Secondly,analyze the status quo of public service facilities in the residential areas and conduct geospatial analysis.Thirdly,the evaluation of the allocation of public service facilities in the housing areas is carried out.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the recommendations for optimizing the allocation of public service facilities in residential areas are proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: According to the survey,the status quo of public service facilities in 14 residential areas in Shijiazhuang City shows that the public service facilities in the residential areas have not been specifically allocated to the needs of the affordable housing population,and the contradiction between supply and demand of public service facilities is prominent.There are problems such as missing configuration of important projects,low facilities,and lack of convenience in spatial layout.In the evaluation process,the order of influence of each factor on the configuration level is applicability>convenience>safety>comfort,and the weight values are 0.29,0.28,0.2,and 0.23,respectively.In the evaluation of residents' satisfaction,the overall satisfaction level of educational facilities,community service facilities and commercial service facilities is high,the overall satisfaction level of financial post and telecommunications facilities is general,and the overall satisfaction level of cultural sports facilities and medical and health facilities is low.In the empirical study of the housing estates in Shijiazhuang,the residents of Anhua Home and Jianhua Homes have higher satisfaction,and the residents of Xiuyu Home,Xiuhe Home and Yishuijiayuan have lower satisfaction.Nursing homes and nursing homes are seriously lacking,and it is recommended to supplement them with existing facilities.
