Based On BIM,the Management System Of The Intelligent Building Of Shanghai Government Hall Is Studied

With the development of technologies of information and internet,Smart City whose basic idea is the smart building,has become government consensus of most developed countries.For the past few years,the technology of Building Information Modeling,BIM for short,has been used in Smart Building field in so many countries including China.To make the BIM technology used more widely and developed more quickly,a series of policies are being introduced by the central government and the local government in Shanghai.The Pudong New Area in Shanghai aims to be the leader of leaders in economy development field,in which,there is an X government service center which is the important achievement of the comprehensive supplementary reforms.Against the Internet Plus Government Affairs Service,the X center is studying to improve the quality of public service,the level of informationized management and the efficiency of business handling,which is a great challenge,after decades of fast development.This article tries to analyze the management status of the X center and get some problems as follow:firstly,there are too many departments and just a few unified managements;secondly,irregular trouble and failure make the management lose control;thirdly,different equipment bought in different years can't be maintained in specific right time;fourthly,limited staff and capacity lower the standard of management.In summarize,this article suggests the X center a smart building,based on BIM.To build the systems of the BIM's 5A,facilities management,functionalized platform and exhibition window,the X center has accumulated some experience and got some achievements.The experience includes unified managements of facilities,software and data,the mechanism of security and risk response and the online platform of visual comprehensive management.The achievements include but not limited to markedly improve comprehensive management efficiency and basic facilities quality,significantly reduce operation cost and promote the smart building system,widely expand the application fields of BIM and satisfying evaluation.Further,according to our practice,stronger supporting measures such as organization mechanism,implementation mechanism and financial fund must come into use,to make sure similar centers will develop in depth.
