Innovation Research Of Government Management In The Era Of Internet

In recent years,under the rapid integration of the world economy and China’s economic development background,increasingly complex domestic and international economic situation,the traditional government as the center,top-down management activities of all the social public mode are facing new challenges,innovation becomes the only way out.The concept of "government management innovation"constantly become work of our government and party organizations at all levels of the eternal theme,with the popularity of Internet technology advances and networks,human society is entering a new era of network.One of the products of e-government as a government of modern management concepts and Internet technology integration,become the important content of government function innovation research both at home and abroad by its rise,all levels of government pay more and more attention to on application of Internet technology,in its own building,political interaction,social supervision and other aspects,therefore,to explore the Internet’s influence on the government management has great theoretical significance and practical significance.In the Internet era,the government portal website is a product of the reality of the combination of government management with E-government.In this paper,the construction of e-government and government management innovation as the breakthrough point,service quality satisfaction model(PZB model)as the theoretical basis,from the site user’s perspective,design the questionnaire to the 13 each level city of Jiangsu province government portal website construction and the service quality satisfaction evaluation,the results of the survey data as support,to study the e-government affairs to the promoting function of the government management innovation,find out the lack of government portal website existing in the construction and operation,put forward using the"+"Internet technology to realize government management innovation path.The full text is divided into six parts to study.The first part is the introduction.In this article the research background,thinking method and possible innovation points are summarized,review of domestic and foreign literature of government management innovation on the Internet era,provide background support for the follow-up study;second part reviews the basic concept definition and theoretical.To provide a theoretical basis for further research and support;the third part analyzes the status quo.From the government’s point of view of the positive influence and existing problems of internet,discussion on the current situation of government management on the Internet era,pointed out that although the Internet for the development of government management in China brings the positive role to change the concept of management,but also facing the low degree of information technology,high security risks and other issues;the fourth part is based on the column index data around each level city of Jiangsu province portal,analysis the qualitative of Jiangsu Province use Internet technology to manage innovative features,status quo and problems;the fifth part analysis the theoretical models and empirical.Mainly on the basis of PZB model,to put forward website construction service quality model in Jiangsu province level around the city government portal from the perspective of customers,select index designed questionnaire.Make empirical analysis by using SPSS software to recycling effective questionnaire data.Firstly introduced several used principle test methods,then the data analysis,it is concluded that the current public level around the city government portal website construction in Jiangsu province part of the indices such as public service,public information exists differences on expectation and perception,but the overall situation is satisfactory sites services,reflects that the current Jiangsu Province in the Internet era,the use of network technology means of E-government on the innovation of government management play a positive role;in the sixth part,based on the above theoretical research,analysis of the status quo,case analysis of Jiangsu Province,proposed basic idea of Internet era government management innovation,put forward a new way to construct the government management:"internet + "model.
