Next, this thesis carried on the thoroughanalysis on Jinan Internet electronic government affairs system application situation,mainly includes the benefit which the system provides and social efficiency andeconomic efficiency gained. In addition, insufficiency occurring during theimplementation of the system design is addressed. At the same time, this thesis hascarried on the whole optimization design to Jinan based on the Internet electronicgovernment affairs system, by integrating the GIS platform in the Jinan electrongovernment affairs system. Moreover, this thesis proposes that the emergencydecision-making and the command system should adapt to each kind of sharp-edgedsituation, mainly including the natural disaster, the public health and social stabilityand so on.
