With the arrival of the "aging" society,an aging population has become a global problem.Young retired elderly human resources development has gradually become a social focus for the country.According to related statistics, the aging population in China will be more than 400000000 by 2033 and reach the number of 483000000 by2050 accounting for 34.5% of total population in China.China has entered the“aging” era,so a research on how can young retirees achieve “productive aging” will meet the need of the development of an “aging society” and can be necessary measures to tackle the problems of aging career lagging behind and negative effects caused by population aging.Based on the analysis of the current situation, there are three significant characteristics for China's population aging problem: the elderly population continually increases, the increasing rate maintains at a high level, and social economy development cannot meet the demand of elderly people.Based upon questionnaire survey, interviews, and related theories in China and abroad, this thesis explores the current living condition of the young retirees in China and the demand of the “productive aging”.This thesis argues that in order to achieve the “productive aging”,there must be a mature social culture,a developed economy,an active participation of the society, and a sound security system.Measures including strengthening cultural supporting, creating the atmosphere of “productive aging”,and strengthening the service system will help to achieve the “productive aging”,and thus countermeasures against the problem of aging career lagging behind and negative effects caused by population aging will be provided.
