In recent years,China's aging population has been the largest in the world,and China's aging population and aging will remain high for a long time in the future.According to the forecast research report on the development trend of China's aging population,the aged population aged 60 years and above in China will reach 245 million by 2020.The above data are enough to prove that China has entered into an aging society since 2000.With the aggravation of the aging trend in China,the aging problem is becoming more and more serious,which is in conflict with the imperfection of the pension service institutions.If we do not pay attention to the pension problem,with the development of aging,China's economic development and social stability will have a greater impact.Our country will pension problem has for several years as an important issue of improving people's livelihood,but everybody's main concern is the issue of pensions,have little to address the concerns of pension management pattern,so our government must speed up the process of our endowment service socialization,specialization,establish a perfect social endowment management pattern suitable for China's national conditions,to speed up the development of related industry,also can make the pension industry as an emerging sunrise industry in our country in the future.In this paper,based on this background,the study of the pension institution of business model,and analyses the problems existing in the endowment institutions in our country,to build a pension management pattern suitable for China's national conditions,and the problems existing in the endowment agencies in China put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the long-term development of the endowment institutions,the pension institution can very good deal with problems of population aging in China,promote the stable development of social economy.This paper analysis about the present situation of the aging of the population in our country,found an ageing population problem is more serious in our country,secondly,analyzes the present situation of our pension agency business model,mainly from the public welfare pension agency operating mode of collaborative endowment institutions operating mode and market-oriented pension management pattern is analyzed then introduces the British Denmark and Japan three relatively typical foreign pension management pattern,provides some enlightenment and finally to build of pension mode,main is to establish the operation mode of the diversified pension institutions,and vigorously develop public private pension model and put forward the countermeasures of perfecting our country's pension agency business model.
