A Study On The Spiritual And Cultural Concern Of The Aged From The Perspective Of Community Education

With the aging process among population become more rapid,the figures of aging people keep rising.We only focus on the numbers of them,neglecting their spiritual and cultural life.News reporting the weird aged people can be see everywhere throughout the newspaper,microblog,and wechat circle.The aging people's problems which include not only social and family ones but relate to their way of thinking and psychological ones,have become our top concern and focus.This paper does the survey and analyzes the spiritual cultural status of the aged in Yongchun community of Changchun,by studying the theory of Marxism,which is assisted by psychology,sociology and other subjects,focusing on the analysis of the state of mind and psychological features.To explore the methods of the spiritual and cultural care of older people in the community,which have great significance to improve the family consciousness of older people and promote family harmony;to strengthen and perfect community construction;to solve the problems,thoughts and psychological problems for the aged.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction of the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research status in the world,the ideas and methods of research and the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.The second part introduces the definition of the three concepts of the aged,the spiritual culture and the community education.This part also includes the ideological and psychological characteristics of the aged in the community,This part analyzes the data of the survey results of the Yongchun community in Changchun City,combines with theoretical analysis.In addition,this part also shows that enhancing the spiritual and cultural care of older people in the community has the effect to improve the degree of community civilization,promote family harmony and so on.The third part introduces the status of the spiritual and cultural care of older people in the community from the macro and micro perspective.Although the community has achieved certain achievements in infrastructure and cultural construction at present,there are still problems that being short of humanistic care In society and the form of education and content is simple.The part analyzes the problems for three reasons: external factors,the elderly themselves factors and the elderly family factors.The fourth part puts forward the path choice of the spiritual and cultural care of the elderly in the community,and uses the four elements of "knowing the meaning of the line",analyzes from the perspective of the community worker.Firstly,community workers in the community should improve the awareness on concerning about the spiritual culture of the aged;secondly,enhance the emotional on concerning about the spiritual culture of the aged in the community;thirdly,firm will on concerning about the spiritual culture of the aged in the community;Fourthly,organize the service team for the spiritual and cultural care of the aged.
