Since the age of “Internet+” came,information technology has been widely used in administrative services.Information technology has become a new forward of future administration.As many countries enhance information technology as a priority to comprehensive power,China has made significant progress in information technology usage.China has made important deployment in informatization and e-government.At present,compared with the requirements of economic and social development in the new era,there are still many incompatible in the administrative service.The public has to suffer a lot in administrative halls.Thus it's particularly important to break unreasonable unscientific administrative services and reform in the public side.In May 2014,Erdao district became the first only pilot in Jilin Province.Until now,the platform has been built and formally operated in July 2015.Based on the existing platform,Erdao District is promoting the transformation from entitative hall to on-net hall,and trying to embed corporations into the platform,to advance “one-door” administrative reform.The “one-door” reform in Erdao is a deeper application of “joined-up government” theory in perspective of public management,a next step of Streamlining administration in perspective of government running.Combined with experiences of reforms in other areas This paper will take Erdao District of Changchun as a example to analyze the motivations,measures,characteristics and results of “one-door” administrative reform in Erdao District.Meanwhile,this paper will point out problems and then try to put forward suggestions and countermeasures and path of the "one door" reform,to explore effective suggestions to the existing administrative service pattern.
