Building a service-oriented government caters to the requirements of social development and the public's expectation of government services,and is the basic direction of China's administrative system reform.Under the influence of the "one-stop" government service reform in foreign countries,China's "Internet + government service" has become an important measure to optimize government service.All localities in China have set up "one-stop","one-door" and "distribution service" and other public service,and these reforms have achieved certain results.Under the above background,Foshan Chancheng District began to launch the “one-door-one-net” government service reform(hereinafter referred to as the “one-door” reform)plan in 2010.Studying the "one-stop" reform of Chancheng District will help to make up for the lack of research on grassroots "one-stop" service reform,and provide reference and reference for the "one-stop" reform of Chancheng District,and promote the central and local governance system and Modernization of governance capabilities.The introduction to the first chapter of this paper explains the background,significance and literature review of the "one-door" government service.The second chapterexpounds the theoretical basis of the "one-door" reform,from the role of the government as the starting point,analyzes the necessity of "one-door" reform,and then the theory of the "one-door" government's good operation.The theory of angle analysis supports the operation of "one-door" reform.Then introduce the related concepts of “one-door” reform,and cite the concept of “one-stop” government service to define the specific meaning of “one-door” and “one-net”,and adopt a way of constructing a model structure to show the advantages that modern government services transcend the traditional government services.In the last part of this chapter,I introduced the experience of foreign one-stop government service.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter,I analyze the background,specific measures and operational effects of the “one-door” reform in Chancheng District.And then I analyze the main problems and the reason in the current reform.In Chapter 5,solve the problem of the one-door reforms in Chancheng District,I proposed four specific proposals for clear legal status,deepen organizational processes,improvement of supervision mechanisms,and establishment of service awareness and safety consciousness.
