Research On The Refugee Status Determination

With the constant changes in the political world,the refugee problem is more and more serious.In the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,the refugee representatives got the worlds attention.From accepting these refugees to refusing them,the world attitudes change a lot.Comparing the developing countries,the developed countries are more willing to accept these refugees.However,it is a huge pressure to them for not having enough support.In recent years,the applicants are more willing to moving the European countries,which arouse the storm of refugee crisis.Most of the refugees go there by sea.No more words to say the hardship.Also,it needs a long time for thedeterminations.Only waiting for the determination so that they can have the identity and the rights.So the refugee status determination is a door to these refugees,as for a new beginning to them.As the important of the refugee status determination while the lacking of relatedstudy at home.So this thesis is going to analyze the RSD system.Firstly,what is the refugee,the definition of refugee and their current situations.By studying the refugee situation and the problems,we know the refugee status determination is very important for solving the refugee problems.After introducing the RSD,comparing several laws in different countries and summarizing the suggestions to others.Meanwhile,analyzing the RSD problems and key points.Such as the different rules,credibility assessment is not stable,waiting for too long time,low rate in single applicants.The center of this thesis is on how to fulfill the RSD and giving the three steps suggestions.At the beginning,we should enlarge the determination of refugee base on the inner situation;the middle of protecting or providing some rights to refugees should in the limited filed.The last is that making sure the right relief can real be used or protected.Only in these procedures,we can make sure the RSD in a well-ordered or high efficiency.The whole purpose of it is for solving refugee storms and picking the real refugees,to protect the human rights and stable the inner safety.We call for the high efficiency during the RSD.However,the most important is making sure the domestic safety.Countries cannot just protect these refugees and ignore the citizens or too care the citizen rights to ignore the refugees.We need to balance the two kinds of people which the significant for the human rights.China which its a large developing country in the world.Although the GDP ranks behind but in helping refugee,China did a lot.From the last 80 years,China received 300 thousand Indo Chinese refugees and some other refugees.Owing to lack of the related laws,some suggestions are given at the end of the thesis.Such as making the related laws,the Chinese government should control the RSD,helping the refugees to live in the community and offering some job opportunities,also strengthen the corporation in the Asian district,the refugee problems is not only related to a country but to some countries.We need the corporations.At last,we need to emphasize that the most important for refugee is the RSD and the premise of RSD is confirming the domestic safety.Refugees and citizens are the same level in human rights,but to a country,the right of citizens is more important than others.
