E-Government Credit: Hierarchical Models And Guarantee Strategies

The social environment faced by the C hinese government is in the process of changing from an agricultural society to an industrial society and to the information society.When this information technology is evolving and the government reform continues to be promoted,the e-government as a result of integrated information technology development and government reform.At all levels of government in response to social changes and sc ientific and technological progress of the important choice,with the continuous deepening of e-government construction,as an important support for their vitality and strong assurance of the need for e-government credit construction highlights the urgent need to enhance to the national agenda.Therefore,the study of e-government credit connotation,attributes,substance,model and strategies and other basic issues become particularly important and urgent.In essence,the e-government credit is a combination of information technology credit,government credit and e-government application credit,which is a kind of new credit form which is infiltrated by the information technology paradigm and influenced by the government form.It is based on the idea,System and culture and affect the e-government and the overall government legitimacy of a new type of credit.The construction of e-government credit can expand the breadth and depth of e-government application,enhance the effectiveness of e-government,and enhance the effectiveness of the whole social trading system through the improvement of e-government effectiveness,thus promoting the sound and rapid development of economy and society.The research logic structure of this paper is "Connotation definition-Attribute clarity-Substance deconstruction-Model construction-Strategy discussion".In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part elaborates the connotation attribute of the e lectronic credit.On the basis of researching the connotation of e-government,credit and government credit,the author sums up the connotation of e-government credit by collecting,collating and analyzing the research results of e-government,credit and government credit.E-government credit is based on the expected capacity of e-government on the basis of faith,based on the credibility of e-government on the future of e-government management and service activities,a prerequisite for the situation.This prejudice affects the public's acceptance of e-government management and service activities.In addition,this part also discusses the inherent attributes and attributes of e-government credit on the basis of analyzing the attributes of e-government,credit and government credit.In the second part,according to the connotation and attribute of the credit of the e-government,the e-government credit right is deconstructed into two parts: the credibility of the e-government and the e-government's ability of writing,and the two meanings are divided into nine sub-meanings and 22 On the basis of this,according to the different levels of credit and the ability to believe the different strength of the e-government credit is divided into balanced,weak e-government credit,differential,weak e-government credit,balanced,strong e-government credit Three-level models.The third part puts forward the concrete countermeasures to establish and perfect the credit of the electronic government with the aim o f improving the credibility and ability of writing.
