Marx's theory of justice is a controversial topic. The bone of contention is that the conclusion of the justice of capitalist production and transaction according to the justice words which Allen Wood cited from Marx's Capital: As long as it adapts to the mode of production,it is justice. The conclusion of justice in the theory of justice can lead to the academic debate.Speaking of whether Marx has the view of justice, the basis of disputes of Marx's concept of justice lies in the fierce discussion of whether Marx himself has a theory of justice and whether he condemned the injustice of capitalism in the name of injustice.Marx's defenders believe that Marx has his own view of justice,Husami is against the theory of Wood to Marx by "avoiding out of context" from distributive justice, his defenders Cohen and Peffer criticized the exploitation of the capitalist mode of production from a moral perspective. The justice thoughts of Husami,Cohen, and Peffer provide a new perspective for Marx's theory of justice, and it is possible to interpret Marx's theory of justice with a moral interpretation, its low status of justice principle does not really grasp the essence of justice theory.Marx's view of justice is a critical view of justice. It is the criticism and transcendence of the low rank justice, which has been established by liberalism in the historical background of the civil society. He constructs a new justice framework based on the logic of political economic criticism. The liberal philosophers Locke and Hume established a principle of justice that addresses the conflict between peoples with the principle of individual ownership as their core purpose.Their purpose is to safeguard the private interests of individuals and the legitimate rights and interests of private property. The ultimate principles of justice goes against the theory of "everyone deserves".Marx's theory of justice is different from the philosophical paradigm in the past.He started from the human society and fought for the broader concept of high level justice which was emancipated for human freedom.Marx started from the theory of material production and sought to eliminate the capitalist private ownership system by criticizing the theory of national economics. The irrationality of the capitalist system was created by its inherent contradictions. In order to eliminate the phenomenon of inequality, the existing theories should be revolutionized by the establishment of the union of free people. In order to meet the real needs of human beings in the form of cooperation,we should allocate the principle of "do our best according to our needs".The critical logic of Marx's political economy starts from the mode of production to explain the unfair relationship between employment and capital. The injustice of capitalism has its historical evolution. Its injustices are different from previous social systems. That is the unique nature of capitalist private ownership. It is bound to increase the injustice of the class. Therefore, the concept of critique and transcendence of capitalism also has a unique character. It is a life-long ideal of political philosophy for the free liberation of all mankind. What he wants to achieve is a happy life for all mankind. No matter what kind of injustice occurs in today's times, people have never given up their desire for a better life, which is the necessary value of the existence of political philosophy and the needs of the times.Marx's view of justice is the combination of theory and reality, with inestimable contemporary value in profound theoretical significance, which provides a self-conscious introspection foundation for Contemporary Chinese real life.
