A Study On The Construction Of People's Livelihood In Southern Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Marx's Social Welfare Thought

As aChineseconcept,"People's livelihood" concerned about the daily life of the people necessary clothing?food?housing?transportation and related vital interests,Embodies the people's life practice,Is a matter of social problems about human survival and development.The realization of people's livelihood is often to meet people's own basic needs,The pursuit of the fair enjoyment of rights and interests and ultimately to achieve the free and comprehensive development of the historical process.A leafy tree must get nutrition from the bottom;The revival of a country will surely rest on the common development of the whole people.People's livelihood is not only a national prosperity,but also an effective guarantee to unite the masses to realize the goal of common prosperity.Marxism,as the guiding ideology of socialist construction in our country,determines that the people's livelihood construction in Southern xinjiang can not be separated from the correct guidance of Marxism.Marx's devote all his life to criticize the real world and design the future society,the value contained in his social welfare thought provide us a positive and effective reference.In face of the predicament and problem in the people's livelihood in the process of economic and social development,this paper aims to Interpretation of the Current Situation of People 's Livelihoode through the Marx's social welfare thought and make recommendations.Looking for a new way for the livelihood construction.This article contains four sections:Chapter One:introduction.Explain the meaning of the topic and review of the present research situation at home and abroad,introduces the current research and development of related fields at home and abroad,straighten out the research ideas and research methods,summarize the innovation of this article.The second chapter,through exploring the ideological source of Marx's social welfare thought,we can find the formations that any kind of thought is accompanied by the development of history and constantly enrich and perfect,various viewpoints and thoughts together witnessed the formation of Marx's social welfare thought,which most representative is the Enlightenment thinker's social welfare thought;British classical political economics in social welfare thought;utopian socialism social welfare thought;utilitarian social welfare thought.They together to promote the formation of Marx's social welfare thought,From which we can come up in Marx's thought:The main responsible subject of social welfare is the state;Social welfare funds from the social wealth which created by the working people;Social welfare is targeted at all social workers and vulnerable groups;The distribution of social welfare is to achieve the goal of equalization;One of the functions of social welfare is to promote social stability.From Marx's social welfare thought which we can explore the construction of the people's livelihood in southern Xinjiang,the following inspiration:Clear the dominance of the state;adapt the level of economic development;Improve the overall quality of the population;Focus on social justice and justice;Adhere to the overall goal of Xinjiang work.In the third chapter,through the series of problems faced by the people's livelihood in southern Xinjiang in recent years,the paper analyzes the underlying problems and analyzes the causes.At present,the main problems facing the people's livelihood in southern Xinjiang are:The government absence the responsibility in some parts of the construction of people's livelihood in southern of Xinjiang;Economic development in southern Xinjiang is relatively backward;The quality of education in southern Xinjiang is not high;The distribution of public resources in the southern part of the people's livelihood is unevenly distributed;The situation of social stability in southern Xinjiang is grim.On this basis,the above problems are mainly due to:The defects of the system and the weakening of the government functions;Regional economic development endogenous fatigue;Lack of high-quality teachers;Urban and rural dual structure of the constraints;"Three superimposed" special period.The fourth chapter,combined with Marx's social welfare thought on the construction of the people's livelihood in southern Xinjiang inspiration,this paper that to achieve the development of people's livelihood in southern Xinjiang development should be made from the following aspects:Improve the people 's livelihood-related system construction,strengthen the government functions;Optimize the investment environment,enhance the ability of self-development;Increase education Yuan Jiang,strengthen the construction of teachers;Optimize the distribution of public resources,speed up urbanization;Strengthen grass-roots construction,strike hard "three forces".
