Research On The Communist Party Theory Policy Preach Teams Management In Tongling City

The grass-roots level is the basis of the ideological presentation work as well as difficulty point and short point.The face-to-face presentation is an important step to conduct ideological presentation work in the grass-roots level.Also,it is the last one kilometer of ideology construction way.It is necessary to set up a bridge between scientific theory and the masses,and to promote the popularization of scientific theory,which is to meet the growing needs of the masses,and to play the role of guiding the practice of theory.To play the guiding role of the scientific theory of the masses,we must distinguish the party members and cadres,so that the theory and the armed work should not only focus on the topics they care about,but also let them become the protagonist.In the background marketization,people are difficult to accept the theory because their pace of life became fast and this made them prefer those entertainment staff.In recent years,the government of Tongling focuses on arouse the enthusiasm of the grassroots They constructed several teams such as Tongdu Forum,Cadres Preach Team,Crowd Speak-Sing Team,Crowd Preach Team and lots of other grass-roots level theory presentation teams.All of these activities are new practice which constructed in the grass-roots level and plant in people soil.Also,these activities are new explore way which absorbed nutrients from crowds and feedback to crowds.The result of these activities is a bridge built between the theory and crowds and the theory step into crowds' heart and won crowds' heart by some popular ways in the spiritual and cultural lives of crows.These activities is recommended by the "Daily Report" of the communist party of China office," Propaganda Work" of the Chinese communist party propaganda department and "Anhui Information" of Anhui provincial party committee office.Also,the "Guangming Daily" and"Anhui Daily" do some reports about these activities.In this paper,It analyzes the process of grass-roots level theory preach teams construction and management based on investigation of the grass-roots level.Chapter 1--IntroductionThis chapterl states the research purpose,research content,basic concept,literature references,research method and research significance.Chapter 2This chapter states current situation of grass-roots level theory preach teams management in Tongling.Then,It makes conclusion for the result of this activity through analyze the organization structure,preach content,preach object and any other aspect of these grass-roots level theory preach teams.After that,some problems caused are stated as well.Chapter 3In this chapter,It analyzes reasons of construction and management problem for the Tongling grass-roots level theory teams.The reasons can be concluded by three aspects:1.the preach is not effective,2.The resarch is not enough.3.Individualized teaching could not be used very well.Also,there are some problems in management departments such as cadres did not pay attention to the activities,the hardware facilities of preach is not very well and the staff's quality is not good.Chapter 4In this chapter,It states seven solution for those disadvantages which stated in last chapter.
