| Sharing development,as one of the “five development concepts” raised in the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,is the core task in the decisive stage of completing the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects by highlighting people-oriented development.As W district in Chongqing is at the juncture of economic transformation,it becomes a major subject for this region to pursue “sharing development” with economic development as the central task and for the purpose of enhancing the living standards of citizens.In the great background,W district in Chongqing is confronted with many problems in “sharing development” and needs corresponding measures to promote the socialist modernization in this district.In this paper,it discusses the synergetic countermeasures between sharing development concept,institutional mechanisms,the main bodies and environment in W district of Chongqing.Considering improvement of the institutional mechanisms of sharing development in terms of sharing concepts and actual circumstances is conducive to making systems of sharing development more scientific and effective in W district.Based on the basic principles of Marxism,sharing development and related concepts are defined,the connotation and mechanism of sharing development is studied and the theoretical foundation for sharing development is sorted out in this paper.The importance and possibility of sharing development in W district is put forward by combining theoretical results with China’s national conditions and practical investigation into the sharing development situations in W district.In addition,the education,income and social security problems are explored from the three aspects of urban-rural divide,industrial difference and regional disparity in practical research of W district.Moreover,countermeasures are suggested for solving problems in promoting sharing development in W district,which are to deepen understanding of sharing development,strengthen cooperation among major parties,coordinate concepts with institutional mechanisms,and guarantee sharing development from economic and cultural environment.In face of the wealth gap and unbalanced development in W district,the sharing development concept raised in the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee is combined in this study to put forward some measures for solving unbalanced development and other related issues to better promote sharing development in W district.The theoretical study in the first part of this paper serves to explain the connotation of sharing development,clarify the system and theoretical basis for sharing development,and widen the theoretical perspectives of sharing development.The latter part focuses on suggesting some solutions by combing the current situation of sharing development in W district. |
