Research On The Standardized Management Of Hexigten Banner Police Auxiliary Personnel

Under the background of the deepening reform and opening up,the social structure and economic structure of our country have changed,in this context,the law enforcement environment of the public security organs in inner Mongolia has changed a lot,the shortage of police force is one of the most important problems.In order to alleviate this contradiction,the Hexigten Banner public security organs and government departments have established the police auxiliary personnel,has become an important force in the public security team,and has made great contributions in combating crime,maintaining public security and so on.However,the problems in the management of police assistant personnel are also emerging.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of police assistant,and then analyzes the management mode of police auxiliaries and the experience of domestic and foreign police management.based on the theory and practice,the management of police assistant personnel in inner Mongolia is discussed.through questionnaire investigation,there are many problems:high turnover intention,low productivity,job responsibility confusion,training and evaluation Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper,from improving the police auxiliary personnel and training system,improve the police assistant salary and evaluation mechanism,improve the work environment of police assistant management,establish the police assistant social support system,build the countermeasures system,in order to contribute some strength to the standardization management system of police assistants.
