A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Urban Residents' Political Trust In The Network Era

Political trust is about social harmony and stability,and it can not be denied that there is indeed existing a certain degree of political crisis in our country.Individual officials have a serious style of formalism,abuse of power,false data,engage in face works and other damage to the image of the Government.With the popularity of the Internet,including mobile Internet applications,These negative information spread like wildfire,will undoubtedly have more adverse effects,Therefore,in the network era,how to make good use of the Internet era which like a double-edged sword,Make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,The formation of conducive to the situation of political trust is particularly important.This paper mainly discusses the influence of different kinds of volunteer activities on political trust from the perspective of Putnam's collective social capital,at the same time,the whole study will be put into the context of the Internet era,mainly from two different types of media contact and social software use to measure its impact on political trust.Based on the model analysis,it is found that the Community volunteer activities and political volunteer activities of urban residents have a positive effect on political trust,and the Poverty alleviation volunteer activities and cultural volunteer activities have no significant effect on political trust.From the point of view of media contact,we find that The traditional media use high frequency including television,radio,newspapers and periodicals,has no significant effect on political trust,The Internet as the representative of the new media,including the Internet through the news and access to the Internet through the work and life related knowledge,such use has a positive effect on political trust.At the same time,It is worth our attention that the use of social software has an erosion effect on political trust,the higher the frequency of social software use,the lower the degree of political trust of urban residents.Based on this empirical analysis of the results,We have also put forward corresponding measures such as enriching the types of volunteer activities,participating in the form of volunteer activities and raising the level of participation of volunteer activities,so as to achieve the goal of improving the level of political trust from the perspective of fostering social capital.From the use of the Internet and social software use,On the one hand,we should give full play to the positive function of the Internet,encourage the Government to use modern technology,pay attention to the interaction and communication with the community to strengthen the government's openness and transparency,On the other hand we should also correctly guide the public norms of the use of social software,while spreading rumors,publishing false information and other illegal acts to crack down on the use of the Internet and social software to create a clean and harmonious atmosphere.
