In recent years,the proportion of poor students in colleges and universities of Hebei province is increasing year by year,and it has become an important issue to solve the problem of helping poor students in colleges.Our country has always attached importance to the problem of poor college students for a long time,and adopted a series of measures to ensure the successful completion of school education.But at this stage,the current poverty assistance system and the poor students has divorced relief needs,measures should be taken for the poor students to create a healthy environment to grow.Based on this,the development of university based assistance system and theory are researched in this paper,using literature method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method,a case study of universities in Handan investigated the current situation of impoverished college students to understand the base of poor students in universities is still large.The cause of students from poor families are in many aspects,and the sources of funding students mainly in the family burden is still less aid coverage in the proportion of poor students.At the same time,the spirit of the poor students also showed a big difference,and the majority of students can maintain a positive and healthy attitude towards life,but there are a certain percentage of students have different degrees of psychological problems.Based on the status quo of government assistance,according to the "award,credits to help make up for free,often based on the existing national relief system analysis of the status quo,and from four angles of government,University,society and students to analyze the problems existed in current relief system of poor college students and not enough.At the same time,the college student aid policy of foreign and domestic success of poverty relief system is analysed comparatively,and the relief way diversification,relief management standardization and improve the work mechanism of the three aspects are improved to improve the relief system of poor university students in china by learning from foreign experience.Based on the facts and the present situation ofthe poor students in China,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures to improve the aid system for poor students in colleges and universities in Hebei.First of all,the government should increase the University's financial support to further expand the coverage of the charging system and the optimization of aid for poor students in universities,and constantly improve and perfect the mechanism of student loans for poor students,but also from the perspective of perfecting the social security system of urban and rural education poverty alleviation efforts to further increase.Secondly,the school as an important promotion and implementation of the main body,the need for poor students to create a healthy and healthy campus environment,to ensure the best possible aid for poor students should save as save,and improve the school work study system,to help the poor students do strong auxiliary.Moreover,as the object of poverty relief,poor students themselves need to strengthen their psychological quality and comprehensive ability to get rid of poverty and prepare for the better.Finally,in view of the poor college students aid work,simply rely on the government and the financial support of the school is difficult to meet the actual demand,only with the help of social assistance informally,in order to truly promote the assistance system for poor students in colleges and universities to further improve the society to create a good atmosphere for public opinion and carry out many ways of social relief activities,providing reliable support for impoverished college students.
