The Criminal Regulation Upon Illegal Use Of Information Technology Violating Copyrights

With the fast-growing of information technology,the form of work and the way of them communicating have been changed dramatically and on the other hand,the way of violating the copyrights by using the information technology illegally has been increased.The legal interest,as order of the market economy,used when enacting traditional copyright criminal laws cannot meet the changes happened in the illegal use of information technology,when the legal interest has been changed as the combination of copyright and information technology.I divided the act into four categories:the illegal use of information acquisition,information processing,information transmission and commercial use of information violating copyrights.The focus of this paper is the mix of new legal interest.If there is only new way of act,such as illegal use of information transmission and commercial use of information violating the copyrights,then we discuss it in legal interpretation,and if there are new legal interest appear,as the illegal use of information acquisition and information processing violating the copyrights,then we have to discuss lawmaking.
