With the continuous progress of the national aging process,the plight of aged service has become one of the focuses of society and government.At the same time,the current domestic pension service market is relatively large,less capital investment,less types of elderly services,low quality,can not meet the current social environment.With the progress of social development,home care and nursing homes and other mainstream pension model has been unable to meet the current social environment,the elderly demand for high quality of life is more and more intense,the new pension model of "Elderly Long-Stay Tourism" also came into being.At the same time,the development of Internet technology and the application of new media,the "Internet+pension" has become the key of development of future pension services market.The current market,the practical application of "Internet+pension" is still a minority,and it is of practical significance to develop new pension products in line with the new media age.Based on the Internet development point of view,mainly used the literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,this paper try to explore the feasibility of the development of "Internet + pension",and puts forward the research on the application of new media in "old-age + bed and breakfast" according to the survey of the old-age service market.The new media application is the use of new media technology to build a mobile Internet platform for middle-aged and elderly groups to provide them with a B&B travel.This paper first elaborates the social background of the application development of the new media,and analyzes the feasibility of the project development in the light of the current situation of the old-age service market and the B&B tourism market.Secondly,the paper through the questionnaire survey of the needs of the user's pension tourism,pension travel service project needs,select the destination to consider the factors,duration of travel,information access channels,app main functions,housing control and other aspects of demand survey.Finally,based on the results of market research and questionnaire survey,the 4P marketing theory and the new "4C" rule are the starting point of the theory,and the suggestions are put forward for the research and development of new media applications,service innovation and operational innovation for the integration of health-care old-age tourism and B&B resources.Especially in the app's campaign to promote the strategy of innovation proposals,from the scene,community,content,connection four dimensions of the proposed a total of 10 practical degree of strong promotion of operational recommendations.
