Research On The Service Mode Of "Love Bank"

"Love Bank" service model is China in the "time bank" model based on the combination of localization of the voluntary service system explored by the new service model."Love Bank" service model is a volunteer to provide their own love services to time units recorded in their own personal love storage account,wait until they need to help,you can apply for personal love in the account to draw the same love service hours.The service model after the introduction to the transformation through the localization,by the major cities in China streets and the community of blitz.However,from the actual situation,many communities to carry out such services are hastily ended,neither to promote the community residents to carry out the true sense of love transmission,nor the service model of community culture to play a positive role in the play.Shenzhen,as one of the earliest cities to carry out the "love bank" service model,has achieved great success in carrying out the "love bank"service mode because of its unique advantages.Therefore,this article is mainly through the analysis of the relevant services in Shenzhen to explore the "Love Bank"service model can be used in the method and the new direction of development.The research on the service model of "love bank" is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the service mode of "love bank" and the development of domestic and foreign.The author has carried on theoretically and definitively to the"love bank" service model in theory and the actual situation,at the same time,has also explored two influencing factors that restrict the service model development in China.The second part analyze comprehensively the background,the operation mode,the actual effect,the psychology and the behavior of the service object,the way and the method of the service and the existing problems of the "love storage" service project in Shenzhen.In the third part,based on an in-depth analysis of the "love storage" service project in Shenzhen,the authors think and summarize the ways and means to improve the service mode of "love bank" in the three aspects of service object needs,management and supervision mechanism,and link social resources.At the same time,this part also contains the new exchange mode and development direction of the "love bank" service model explored by the author.The research on the service model of the "love bank" of the community will not only promote the development and progress of the service model itself,but also help to give full play to the active role of the service model in promoting social development.
