Research On The Interaction Of The Subjects In The Collaborative Governance Of Urban Community

Urban community in China has developed more than 30 years,the urban community has not only become the basic organizational form of urban grass-roots society,but also gradually become an important concept of people's social life.With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy,the deepening of the reform of the administrative system,government,market,social organizations and citizens,etc.interest groups all placed different expectations for the building of urban community,the multiple subjects participation makes the urban community governance showing a new trend.This thesis takes the co llaborative governance theory as the theoretical guidance.In terms of the status of collaborative governance of urban community,Firstly,this paper analyzes the evolution and trend of the interaction between the main bodies of urban community governance in C hina.In the analysis part,according to the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League officially launched a program for community youth in 2013 as the research object,and select Fengtai District as the specific case study object.Through literature study,case study,interview method and simple social network analysis as method,this paper summarizes the experiences in this case are: Hub type social organizations participate in the urban community governance initiatively,three social organizations linkage in an orderly manner,the government to build a platform by purchasing item;problems are: inter organizational network lack of tightness and integrity,Social Work Offices firm still need to improve their operation,the grass-roots social worker's work quality remains mixed,community service's subject did not get attention,and from four aspects,cooperation between the dominant position,internal and external operation environment of NGO,community grass-roots government,community residents to participate,makes the reason analysis.In the last chapter,this thesis puts forward the corresponding measures,namely,the community cooperation spirit,the cooperation mechanism,the function of hub type social organization and the management ability of community social organization.
