Study On Local Government Behavior Of Herdsmen Professional Cooperatives

In recent years,under the guidance of the state's policy of supporting the modernization of animal husbandry,the herdsmen's professional cooperatives have been springing up.As the main production and operation of our country's important livestock herders cooperatives in improving their living standards,enhancing the degree of pastoral organization and industrial restructuring,and solve the livestock industry and the market derailed,grassland degradation has far-reaching impact problems.Played a decisive role in the development of cooperatives government as cooperative agents,by formulating relevant laws and policies to optimize the external environment of cooperatives;second,the government as the cooperative guidance,for the majority of herdsmen cooperatives publicity and interpretation of law and relevant laws,the development direction of cooperatives;third.The government through legislation to make cooperative interests with the legal protection.Because the farmers professional cooperatives is a kind of new economic organization,the government in its role when there are still many problems and shortcomings,in the face of these problems,the government behavior of cooperatives should be made to put forward some suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is about the cooperative purpose and related concepts,theoretical basis and research methods and main content,laying the groundwork for this article;second part describes the role of the central government,the local government in the middle of the cooperative development;the third part analyzes the development status of Xilin Gol League and Sonid Right County and cooperatives the existing problems;the fourth part is analysis of government behavior in the development process of herdsmen cooperatives,identify its shortcomings;the fifth part puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on the third and fourth parts of problems;the sixth part,the conclusion.This paper briefly summarizes the relationship between local government and cooperatives,and puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of this paper.
