Geological survey institutions to promote economic and social development isimportant and indispensable organization, as the country’s major energy resources, reservesthe power of institutions, plays a decisive role in the socialist market economy system,great importance to the work of the geological exploration units from the national level, notonly conducive to the sustainability of national economy development, but also conduciveto the security of national energy and mineral resources.In order to meet the need to deepenthe reform of the institutions,it is particularly important and necessary to gradually establishmacro-oriented equality,micro level of incentives,rational structure,order norms of incomedistribution system.Geological survey institutions due to the special nature of their units, the wage systemin recent decades has gone through several major changes, although the overall tend to bereasonable, but with the rapid economic and social development, to further optimize andimprove the institutional arrangements has reached a critical state.At present, the geological survey institutions wage and income distribution system isfacing many practical problems, mainly reflected in: wage system and the theory does notmatch, the complex personnel imbalances, the official standard phenomenon ofadministrative wage, performance wage random phenomenon, the fixed target wageresolute nature phenomenon and so on.Promote the geological survey institutions wage and income distribution systemreform is important because: is an important means to improve the treatment of workers,related to the geological survey team unity and stability, an important starting point for theimplementation of talent strategy, it will affect the geological survey’s long-term economicdevelopment, is an important part of promoting enterprise restructuring.In the post setting background, Promote the geological survey institutions wage andincome distribution system reform, we must start from the post reform wage system reform,and the reform of pay for performance system. It researches on the data of the wagechanges of698staff using empirical analasis,in order to discover the problems which stillexist to be solved in the reform of the institutions of the whole counties.
