activities of the young pioneers,so we can organize full of vitality activities of the young pioneers.The game spirit is a new needed idea of the young pioneers organization under the background of the reform of the young pioneers,just meeting the needs of reform and innovation of young pioneers.Different periods and different people have different understanding of the game spirit.On the game spirit in the West and China have different performance in different periods,the game spirit in the field of education is the best embodiment of the mood or the state of the game,it is the embodiment of human freedom,autonomy,experience and creative life style,it is the "transcendental realm of lofty ideal that people pursue,it embodies the spirit of freedom,creativity,experience,dialogue and harmony.The game spirit which melts,diffuses,filled in the activities of the young pioneers has great educational value in the activity of Young Pioneers.The game spirit is compatible with the activities of the young pioneers.Guiding the young pioneers activities by the game spirit is a new perspective,need to combine the nature of Young Pioneers and educational objectives,to construct the general process of guiding the young pioneers activities in theory.Based on the spirit of the game to hold the activities of young pioneers need specific conditions,it is necessary to guide the preparation of the young pioneers activities from three aspects:environment creation,target construction and motivation,from the three aspects of the activity situation,activity experience,observation and guidance throughout the game spirit to guide the development process of Young Pioneers,also the evaluation of the young pioneers activity with the game spirit.Young pioneers activities can not all be guided by the game spirit in accordance with the theory of the way to build,need to do with the actual construction of the game spirit to guide the implementation of the specific activities of
