Giving full play to the Young Pioneers' subjectivity is not only the basic requirement of the Young Pioneers' organization,but also the important embodiment of the concept of "humanism".In the education of Young Pioneers,the activities of young pioneers are an important carrier to promote the young pioneers to exert their subjectivity.In order to understand the current situation of young pioneers' subjectivity in the activities of a primary school in reality,and to find out the possible factors that affect young pioneers' subjectivity,on the basis of this,the author thinks about the enlightenment and suggestion of guiding the Young Pioneers to exert their subjectivity,the qualitative research method is used to study the D primary school as an example.At first,this study proposes that the young pioneers' subjectivity is embodied in three dimensions: autonomy,initiative and creativity,and take these three dimensions as the breakthrough point carries on the analysis to D Elementary School Young Pioneers Activity Young Pioneers' realistic subjectivity performance.The study found that in the activities of young pioneers in D Primary School,the Young Pioneers as a whole showed their subjective status,carried out active activities in the activities and updated their knowledge system in the activities,some Young Pioneers also have passive,passive and mechanical behaviors in their activities.On this phenomenon,the study carried out a more in-depth analysis of the causes and countermeasures.The research holds that the young pioneers' subjectivity,whether it is exerted or restricted,there are complicated and deep reasons behindthem: for example,the influence of the social environment,the change of the young pioneers' activity mode,the way of communication and evaluation between teachers and students,the differences among Young Pioneers,etc.,this study attempts to put forward the "organizational attributes of young pioneers" and the "immature state" of Young Pioneers as the basis and foothold to guide Young Pioneers to develop their subjectivity,and on this basis to improve educators' understanding,we should set up the concept of subjectivity education,scientifically design the activities of Young Pioneers with the Young Pioneers as the main body from the mode of activities,content and organization,and strengthen the inner drive of Young Pioneers to exert their subjectivity,at the same time,it should be made clear that the problem of young pioneers' subjectivity can not be solved only by a single force,but needs to be combined with various educational forces,only in this way can we form a good co-education force to promote the young pioneers' subjectivity!...
