Research On The Collaborative Supply Of Community Pension Service In Nanning City

The effective supply of the old age service can improve the living standards of the elderly,accelerate the coordinated development of economy and society,and realize the socialist harmonious society.In order to solve the problem of serious old-age pension in China,this paper is devoted to the study of the effective supply of community pension services.Based on the case study of Nanning City,this paper analyzes the present situation of the provision of community pension services and the diversification of the main body to participate in community support services related to the search,effectiveness and problems.Based on public goods and supply theory and collaborative governance theory,constructing collaborative supply Mechanism of community pension service in city,with the needs of the elderly as the engine,the multiple main body as leader,institutional arrangements as checks and balances,service standards as a benchmark.Through the investigation and study,it is found that Nanning has achieved certain results in the exploration of community pension service supply mechanism,community pension service embarked on a social road,the initial establishment of a more comprehensive service system,the old-age security system,and the four-level community pension service work management system.But subject to subjective and objective factors,it still faces many problems,including a lack of holistic and systematic,many main body but not synergistic,funds are facing shortages,community members are more indifferent and so on.Therefore,Nanning city community pension service supply goals and future development trend is based on the needs of the elderly as a foothold to collaborative supply with these "independent island" of Government,autonomous organizations,social organizations,corporate organizations,families and citizens.And it need to collaborate with Service content,service mode,responsibility,which related to "independent island".Finally,we can achieve the rational use and allocation of resources and provide effective,healthy and sustained pension services.
