Study On The Optimization Of Community Elderly Care Service Supply Model

In recent years,with the deepening of the aging degree of the social population and the sharp increase of the demand for social pension services,the pension model of community pension has gradually been paid attention to,understood and tried to develop vigorously.However,despite the frequent policies issued by the state to vigorously support the development of community pension,the supply of community pension services is still underdeveloped and problems occur frequently.Therefore,this paper takes s community as an example,According to the existing characteristics of the times,this paper studies the Optimization Countermeasures of the supply mode of community elderly care services,hoping to take this as the entry point to study the supply of community elderly care services and community elderly care services,so as to promote the overall development of community elderly care services.Based on welfare pluralism theory,new public service theory and general system theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing community elderly care service supply mode from the perspective of system analysis through the constituent elements of service subject,organization mode,capital source,operation environment and supervision and management,and summarizes that the existing community elderly care supply mode is a quasi diversified traditional community elderly care service supply mode led by the government.By means of questionnaire survey,taking s community as an example,dig out the specific problems in the existing community elderly care service supply mode.The specific problems are the insufficient ability to solve the problems of supply and demand,the serious absence of a comprehensive and perfect supervision system and the overall fragmentation of service supply,and then put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.Finally,based on the optimization of various constituent elements in the supply mode from the perspective of systematic analysis,It is proposed that the optimized community elderly care service supply mode to be established is the demand-based diversified and intelligent community elderly care service supply mode.
