Research On Tourism Empowerment Of Ethnic Minority Participation In National Areas

The unique resource endowment and custom culture of ethnic areas make it possess a congenital advantage for developing tourism.But,in the actual development process,as result of the influence of many factors,ethnic communities participating in tourism present a more complex situation,the level of most ethnic communities inhabitants participating in tourism and the damage to community interests is serious.In essence,it is the lack and deficiency of community residents' power.Therefore,the empowerment of minority communities is an effective way to protect the interests of residents and improve community participation.In view of this,in order to promote community participation in the process of tourism development,to achieve common development of community and tourism,and to maintain social stability in ethnic areas,we must pay attention to the residents' rights and interests,and increase the tourism rights of the community.This paper defines the concept of community tourism empowerment in minority areas through reviewing literature,analyzes the weak status and interests of community participation in tourism,and demonstrates the importance and necessity of tourism empowerment;This paper constructs the empowerment evaluation index system of community tourism by means of literature induction,expert consultation and field investigation,and takes the Tianshan Grand Canyon ethnic community as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the deep interview,the author evaluates and analyzes the situation of the situation,and then discusses the reason,and finally puts forward the corresponding empowerment path based on the above results.The core of community participation is tourism empowerment,and the ultimate aim of tourism empowerment is to achieve community participation.Community empowerment is the key to realize the benign development of achieving tourism destination by discussing and reallocating the right relation to change the lack of power in the process of tourism development.Tianshan Grand Canyon ethnic community participate tourism at a low degree and the overall empowerment of the poor.Among them,the economic empowerment situation is relatively good,the degree of recognition of four empowerment dimension of political,psychological,social and cultural is low,community residents are not satisfied with the status of community participation in tourism and empowerment,and the whole is in the "lost power" status;The minimum degree of recognition are "resident participation in decision-making tourism","resident interest demands in a timely manner to solve," "enhance community cohesion and unity," and "improve the status of women",the status of empowerment in community is poor,which seriously affects the enthusiasm of residents to participate in tourism and regional stability and harmony.The main reasons for the low participation degree of ethnic communities in tourism development are the lack of property rights,the weak position of stakeholders and the absence of community governance.This paper proposes the path of empowerment from five aspects of politics,economy,psychology,society and culture based on the evaluation and reason analysis of the Tianshan Grand Canyon national community.
