Research On The Impact Of Social Capital On Community Governance Of "From Village Into Community"

We know that “social management ”has been changed into “social governance”after the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC."Social governance" subsequently has become a hot academic research.As a result of urbanization,"from village into community" community,the elements of rural and urban integration and collision among them,the governance environment is more complex,how to use the community itself to effectively manage resources? How to reconstruct the community?All these are the worthy topics,in order to respond to the topic,the research from the perspective of sociology,the theory of social capital of Yunnan Lijiang Lianhua community social capital of community governance is studied.In this study,there are three dimensions: social network,social norms,and social trust;the scope of community governance embodied in four dimensions: community politics,community economy,community culture and community society.Through the questionnaire and interviews to explore the present situation of three kinds of Lianhua community social capital,selective analysis the way and performance of influence of social capital on community governance,and gives some suggestions and thinking of community governance.Conclusion in the in-depth analysis and research: first,the effect of social capital on the mode of Community Governance: direct effects are social capital as the basis of community governance,a formal specification of direct constraint governance behavior and social network for the residents to participate in providing assistance platform and public space;indirect effects are the informal specification of residents behavior guidance and restraint,social trust and cooperation to promote residents mutual action.The second is the positive and negative impact of social capital on Community Governance: positive effects including the optimization of political environment of the community,promote the development of community economy,enhance the residents' comprehensive cultural literacy and spiritual life,to maintain a stable and harmonious community;the expression of negative effects include hinder the wishes of the residents,reduce the community justice the election and the cadrebehavior,caused the individual development opportunities in the inequality,restrict individual freedom of action,reduce the ability of community access to social resources.Finally,I think we should enhance community cadres and residents' awareness and ability of community participation,and improving the social network,trust,norms and so on.
