The scientific performance evaluation system of procuratorial organ is the important premise to carry out the specific scientific management and to realize the goal of the procurator. Therefore, in the new situation, it's so significant to improve the evaluation system of management mode of procuratorial organ, to form a set of procuratorial work characteristic, and to stress the procuratorial functions.This paper first elaborates the research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and the research ideas, the innovation points of this article, and illustrates the related concepts.
