Autism is a common disease of pervasive developmental disorders. According tostatistics, there is an autism in the average of 100 children. While because of the economic system, many reasons such as human, autistic children's social welfare especially education welfare facing the special situation is not optimistic. Such a large population, how to let them enjoy the same and ordinary children education benefits, the important issues relating to the development of children with autism has become. It has important theoretical significance and practical significance to strengthen the research on autism education child welfare issues.This paper adopts the method of empirical investigation, by parents and teachers in Liaoning province some autistic children conducted a questionnaire survey and case interviews, systematic understanding of the status of education and welfare of autistic children in Liaoning Province, summed up the main problems of education welfare of autistic children in Liaoning Province, and explore the reasons behind the existence. On this basis,through comparative study, learn from the advanced experience of some developed countries and domestic developed area, the specific comments and suggestions for the construction of Liaoning province autistic children education welfare system.The main results are as follows:The problems in the education and welfare of autism children in Liaoning province are:they cannot go to school very easy; the effect of the school education is not good; the education way is single and so on.While the main reason for these problems is that the relevant laws and regulations about autism children's education is not perfect; the economic difficulties led to the autistic children can not choose the best education environment and opportunity; school children with autism funds, lack of resources and the utilization rate is not high; the lack of professional education and training of teachers of autistic children; lack of continuity of the autistic children's education, the the training effect is poor; lack of professional education in schools for children with autism; not in school children with autism lack of education corresponding.To solve the above problems, we think it should be established by the government, school, family, children with autism community, social care organizations and the multi subject as the guidance of the welfare system of autistic children education, realize the comprehensive development of Liaoning Province Education of autistic children welfare, let more autistic children enjoy the necessary education and welfare.
