The mode of dispatched worker can reduce the cost of dispatching unit effectively,improve efficiency and increased the utilization which play an positive effect on distinguishing employed labor from used labor.At the beginning,labor dispatch sprout on enterprises then move its step to administrative organs.According to the circumstance,with the current civil servant system constantly improved and the function of government improving,labor dispatch will exist between enterprises and administrative organs in a long term.In recent years,labor dispatch mode in urban management employment has been developed rapidly.The dispatching unit has dual characteristics and difficulties as well because this mode includes both the civic management assistant and also labor dispatch.At the same time,the management and dispatching principle will affect the quality of the urban environment and the satisfaction of the public indirectly.Therefore,the study on incentive mechanism of dispatched workers in city plays an important theoretical and practical significance.Based on two-factor theory,I take labor dispatching employee motivation as the breakthrough point and the urban management system of Z city as the object,making an study on the current problems of incentive mechanism of dispatched worker in urban management system of Z city by data studies method,case analysis method and questionnaires plus combining theory and practice.Analyzing the problems from hygienic factor and incentive factor,I put forward the principle of improving incentive mechanism of dispatched workers in urban management system of Z city and some pertinent suggestions on the problems in the perspective of two-factor theory.
