The people's court as the first person to face the masses,handling litigation first-line,classification management is of great significance for its better handling of cases of staff,only the categories of personnel clear,clear responsibilities,in order to improve work efficiency,full court is the most grass-roots level is accounted for 80% of the overall volume of business case processing quickly and efficiently.But the current configuration of judicial power is not scientific,not the law of the phenomenon still exists,the judicial power in a certain extent subject to external force,effect of judicial reform.The people's Court of Dongguan city court staff as the research object,according to its staff a large number of personnel,job classification,variety and characteristics of personnel management,at the same time the annual case ranked the forefront of the city,traffic is very large "these problems,combined with the current classification management mode class team of Guangdong province court now has the analysis and Research on these issues.The study found that: through the classified management of court,court and administrative cadres play in the work of the leading and key role in strengthening the dominant position of judges in judicial work,clear judicial administrative staff and professional personnel(such as bailiff,the clerk)role of services in the trial,the personnel management and scattered,unified to the justice and efficiency of the people's Court on the subject,promote the scientific management of court personnel classification and orderly implementation of the court judgement,improve work efficiency,better treatment can promote the primary dispute.
