Up her barns solid and know etiquette.Well fed,well bred.For thousands of years,a well-off society is a social ideal of the Chinese people's dreams.Modernization is the unremitting pursuit of generations of the Chinese nation.The 18 th Congress of our Party put forward grand target of building a well-off society in an all-round way under the new historical conditions.The thirteenth Five-Year Guideline is the run-off period of “Two Centenary Goals”.As part of the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Hebei province's economic and social development lags far behind Beijing and Tianjin.Looking back,the construction of a well-off society has important achievements.Looking to the future,Hebei province is in the important period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.We must deeply realize the changes both at home and abroad,accurately grasp the stage characteristics of economy and social development in our province.With strategic thinking,dialectical thinking,creative thinking,the bottom line of thinking,we should make a whole economic and social development project for the “thirteenth five-year” period on the basis of summary of “twelfth five-year” period work.This paper first discusses the background,the significance,the domestic and foreign research dynamics of building a well-off society in an all-round way.On the basis of indicators of building a well-off society in an all-round way,facing the actual situation of Hebei province,we use comprehensive evaluation method and factor analysis method to analyze the overall progress of Hebei province,analyze the indicators one by one.In terms of land area and industrial structure in Hebei province and Shandong province exists a lot of similarities,moreover,the economic and social development of Shandong province was better than Hebei province,this paper compares two provinces with well-off process,summarizes the experiences of Shandong province,analyzes the restricting factors of Hebei and adjusts measures to local conditions,in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
