| Providing for the aged not only contacts with the people's livelihood,but also is a vital part of building harmonious society.It's not denying that our country has been step in aging society,and with the increasingly prominent aging problem,the traditional family support for the aged is not able to meet the demand of aging people.As an increasing developing city of China,Jinjiang has its own characteristic in providing for the aged.In addition,how to maintain or improve the living quality of the aged when they are older as well as how to meet the diversify needs of the aged,with which kind of ways is proper and reasonable for the aged also becomes a actual and can not be ignored problem.This paper bases on the contradiction between the supply and demand of the pension market of the aged,with the theory of welfare pluralism theory,therefore contacts with the Jinjiang's specific market,throw out suggestions that aim at developing Jinjiang's diversify ways.First of all,in this paper,it is not only makes a simple introduction for the Jinjiang's aging population background and some related notions,but also introduces the model of Beijing and Shanghai city providing for the aged in practice.Secondly,this paper also studies the elderly subjects in the study of pension model selection and the population of institutions and other aspects of research in Jinjiang,then through the analysis of the pension situation as to clarify the characteristics of the elderly and pension needs.At the same time,discusses the existing pension model and problems in Jinjiang so that points out that there are structural contradictions in the supply and demand of the old age service in Jinjiang.Last but not least,in based on the pervious analysis,Jinjiang's pension market demand and supply,home care,institutional pension and other problems for analysis and reflection,sums up Jinjiang's pension existing defects and reasons of diversification of pension development proposals. |
