The Research On The Problems Of Urban Community Home-based Care For The Aged In China Under The Background Of Aging Population

In the process of urbanization,small and medium-sized towns are affected by some factors such as the level of economic development and unbalanced geographical development.So that their predicament in pension care is even more pronounced.has become the important goal of building a harmonious society.In this article,through analyzing the present situation of population aging in Yinchuan,we can find that the high degree of population aging is mainly present in Yinchuan,and,the population aging speed of Yinchuan is far faster than the other cities,which not only affects the level of elderly support,also have important influence on the development of pension mode.Due to the weakening of traditional family pension functions and the poor state of institutional pension operations,community home-based care has become the first choice for the old.Because it can not only share the pressure of family pension,but also can make up for the shortcomings of institutional pensions.This paper takes the “Study on the mode of urban community home-based care for the elderly” as the research theme,takes the Y community in Yinchuan City of Ningxia as the survey object,The full text is mainly divided into five chapters,the first chapter and the second chapter,mainly analyze the research background,research significance and the basic concept of community-home caring patterns and the related theory.The third chapter analyzes the development background and current situation of the community endowment patterns of Yinchuan,and takes the Y district as the study case,making the investigation in Yinchuan district,which analyze the problems existing in the Y district community-home caring patterns,pension services,professional supervision vacancy phenomenon,and the channel of community endowment capital source is single.Then,the article analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter studies the community endowment patterns of UK,Japan and Nanjing,Lanzhou,drawing lessons from the successful experience of community endowment,such as clearly defining the endowment functions of the government in the community endowment,attaching importance to the construction of community endowment,encouraging social organizations,enterprises and non-profit organizations to support community — home caring service,realizing the diversity of community-home caring seance,such as several aspects to promote the development of community home-care.
