Research On The City Community Home Aged-care Under The Background Of Population Aging

Along with the expediting process of our country population aging,the traditional family aged-care style is under impact, and the aged-care problem in city community is growing highlighted day by day.Compared with other countries,our country population aging problem comes with the very low productive forces level of development,namely "aging arrives before the rich comes." Under the complex background of falling function of family aged-care,insufficient development of organization aged-care and big difficult for society aged-care,Aged-Care at Home shall be the best choice during the social transition period.Reviewing from the aspects of economic cost,cultural idea,aged-care scope,social efficiency and so on,the establishment of aged-care at home shall be the main style for the city community aged-care in our country at present and certain future time.The aged-care at home realizes the organic synthesis between the home aged-care and society aged-care,which shall make the community function fully executed,mobilize the power of country,society,family and individual,which shall also make more and more important role in reducing country's burden,making up the insufficiency of traditional family aged-care style.So it shall the feasible method for solving the city aged-care problem in our country.Taken the people aged over 60 lived at TianXin district in Changsha City for example in this article,the author attempts to analyze the city community aged-care problem from the viewpoint of community-caring theory and geriatric sociology theory.Through the questionnaire survey procedure and the literature data collection,adopt the way of quota and the qualitative investigation combination,to search and analyze people's willing towards the aged-are at home and current status of the aged-care at home.Firstly,the author inspected the wish that the city community senior citizen towards the home aged-care,then based on the inquiry result, using the dual Logistic regression analysis method,through the aspects of economy,emotion support and the family generation border support,the author tried to analyze the influence of old people's willing towards the aged-care at home style.And then through the economic support aspect,living care aspect and spirit console aspect to analyze the home aged-care status of the people in city community.Meanwhile,using the dual Logistic regression analysis method and the construction multiple regression,analysis method,from the aspects of the demography characteristic of aged population and the community development,the article further discussed the aged-care at home style towards to the old people's economy support,the life care and the spirit console.Finally,the article brought up the related suggestions towards the city community home aged-care problem through the three aspects of community service,community constructs and policy guides.
