Study On The Grid Management Of Konka Community

With the rapid development of China's economy,the pace of city urbanization is also accelerating,and this will directly increase the city community population density,and all types of mass incidents,increasing public resources and public services lag.This will not only directly affect the process of urban community construction,but also increase the difficulty of the management of the management.Therefore,in the face of the grim situation of city community management,management should give up the traditional management mode,using the modern way of grid management,through the analysis of the integration of city community management resources,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources between city community grid,in order to provide personalized community management services convenient and efficient for the residents,so as to enhance the whole city community management and service level.In this paper,by using literature method,interview method,empirical research method,combined with the community autonomy theory and new public theory,with Konka community as the research object,analyzes the community grid management mode from the aspects of organization system,information technology,security etc..Then the author from the management,management system,public participation and cooperation in four aspects of the existing problems,Konka community grid management in-depth analysis,finally puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to improve the Konka community grid management mode,enhance the management level of the community.
