The Study On Willingness And Influence Factors Of Farmers Migrating To Small Towns In Henan Province

China is in the stage of rapid urbanization at present,transferring rural population rationally and orderly is the key to develop urbanization.China's rural population has been migrating to the big city,eastern central city for a long time,which not only provides sufficient labor resources for the development of the city,but also brings "urban diseases",such as traffic congestion,management difficulties,etc.As the central agricultural province of China,Henan Province has a large population.In 2014,the total population of Henan province was 106.62 million and rural population was 58.43 million,accounting for 9% of the national rural population,which means it is necessary for Henan to promote the rational transfer of rural population to promote urbanization.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward to adhere the road of new-type urbanization,changing the extensive urbanization development model,which makes the development of In-situ Urbanization and small towns come into people's sight.As an important part of the development of In-situ Urbanization,small towns play an important role in solving "urban disease" problems and promoting rational migration of rural population.Under the background of rapid development of small cities and towns,this paper will analyze farmers' willingness of migration and the main influencing factors,to find out the problems in the development of small cities and towns and provide some suggestions to make small towns become an important growth point of local urbanization process.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter.On the one hand,it introduces the backgrounds and significance of the research,and summarizes the status of domestic and foreign research on population migration,and introduces the research methods,technological route,and research innovation.On the other hand,the author defines relevant concepts and expounds the theory foundation of migration,including "seven laws of migration " of Ravenstein,"push-pull" theory,Lewis model,Todaro model and New migration economic theory,to provide theoretical support for the article.The second part includes Chapter Three and Chapter Four.Firstly,the author analyzes the status quo of small town development and peasant migration in Henan province to pave the way for the study of farmers' willingness and influencing factors.Second,through the analysis of the farmers willingness to migrate to small towns,we can find that most farmers are willing to move to cities,men are more likely to migrate than women,families with higher annual income per capita will be more likely to relocate,farmers with skills and higher education like to migrate to small towns,people who live in plain,hilly areas are more likely to move to small towns.Finally,we use the method of multiple linear regression model to study individual,family,town and institutional factors,finding that the institutional factors play a key role in the farmers' willingness to migrate.The third part is the last chapter.According to the analysis of the influencing factors,the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to promote farmers to migrate more reasonably.The measures includes improving medical and health conditions,improving the land circulation system and education system,promoting the reform of the household registration system,improving the social security system and some other aspects of viable proposals to promote farmers' orderly migration.
