| To accelerate the development of the aging of the population has sparked a huge demand for pension services,family size miniaturization and gradually weakened the traditional family pension function,leading to social pension institutions and the professional needs of community service to promote pension services grow with each passing day,the industrial development,and then also need a series of institutional innovations to promote the various elements the resources inside the industry agglomeration.So,pension services industry needs a system of what kind of system to support its development? What are the defects and shortcomings of the current system? How to optimize the system of pension services industry? In this paper,we study and answer these questions.This paper uses theoretical analysis,system analysis,system theory and other research methods,according to the research of institutional change--institutional defects--system optimization construction system,facing the optimization system of development of the system of China's pension services industry were discussed from the theory and reality of the two layer,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Pension services the industrial system is divided into formal and informal institution,formal institution includes elements of cultivation system,enterprise system and government management system.(2)The cultivation system is the core system of pension services industry development,and the coupling and adaptation of the development of pension services industry will directly affect the development speed and quality of the pension services industry.(3)Enterprise system is the micro basis for the development of pension services industry,the future,organizational forms will be moving in the direction of flat,networking,etc.(4)The government management system is an important support for the development of pension service industry,and plays a role of guiding,encouraging,serving and regulating. |
