The Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Elderly Care Service System Construction In Yibin City

With the continuous growth of China’s elderly population,in order to effectively solve the problems brought by population aging,the construction of elderly care service system has gradually become the common focus and research hotspot of the government,society and academic circles.As a prefecture level city in Sichuan Province,Yibin City has a GDP of 20.2812 billion yuan and a permanent population of4.5888 million in 2020,accounting for 20.57% over the age of 60 and 15.76% over the age of 65,which has exceeded the internationally accepted 14% deep aging standard.Yibin is representative in Sichuan Province and even the western region.In response to the process of population aging,Yibin has made a series of explorations,but there are still many obstacles in the construction of Yibin elderly care service system.This paper studies the current situation and problems of the construction of elderly care service system in Yibin,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,which can provide reference and reference for the construction of elderly care service system in Yibin and other cities.This paper consists of seven parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods;The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis;The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the construction of elderly care service system in Yibin City;The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of the elderly care service system in Yibin City;The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the practical experience of advanced areas at home and abroad and Its Enlightenment to Yibin;The sixth chapter mainly puts forward targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions;The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Based on the realistic background of the construction of pension service system in Yibin City,this paper locates the purpose and significance of the research.On the basis of grasping the relevant concepts of pension,pension service and pension service system,and based on Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory,welfare pluralism theory,moderate inclusive welfare theory,social stratification theory and other relevant theories,this paper adopts the method of literature analysis Combining the questionnaire method and comparative analysis method,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the construction of Yibin elderly care service system from four aspects:participants,service objects,service methods and service contents,and finds that there are still some problems in the construction of Yibin elderly care service system,such as lagging system planning and construction,low enthusiasm of participants,single service contents There are many obstacles and other problems in the service mode.It deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly including insufficient ideological understanding,poor management system and mechanism,unclear responsibilities of participants and low degree of resource integration.Combined with the analysis and learning from the experience of the construction of elderly care service system in France,Japan,Suzhou and Meishan,and combined with the specific reality of Yibin,This paper puts forward suggestions and thoughts from four aspects: strengthening scientific guidance and standardization,building a "five in one" pension service system model,comprehensively improving the industrialization,intelligence and convenience level of pension service system,and building a comprehensive talent system of pension service.
